What your ballot decides
Brampton’s ten wards are grouped into five ward pairs. Each pair elects one City Councillor and one Regional Councillor; the mayor is elected city-wide. Choose a council race, then your ward pair, to compare like with like.
“Developed platform” means the candidate published specific priorities; it is not an endorsement. “Thin public record” means the research found little or no verifiable public material—not that the candidate lacks qualifications.

Research was compiled and expanded city-wide on September 27, 2026 from the City of Brampton’s amended certified candidate list, candidate campaign websites, council records, local media coverage, and published past election results.
Every factual claim in the guide links to its source. Where no verifiable public information exists for a candidate, the guide says so rather than guessing; uncertain same-name matches are excluded.
